DEJOware Premieres Its Latest App: DreamStream

CASTLE ROCK, Colorado—April 21, 2011—DEJOware, producer of the App Store's favorite name generator app, today announced the release of its latest iOS app: DreamStream. DreamStream™ is designed to help you fall asleep, whether for a nap, or for the night. Much like pricey noise machines you may have seen in high-end specialty stores, DreamStream plays soothing sounds for a set period of time, while you drift off to sleep.

“I love the sound of a deep, babbling brook to doze off to and this app features one that truly captures that special sound,” said Pam, DreamStream's muse. “With DreamStream, I fall asleep more quickly, even when traveling. In fact, having a familiar sound with me on the road makes it easier to get the rest I need for business meetings. The nap feature is great for short cat-naps as well -- which helps my productivity!”

A 2008 Consumer reports study showed that sound machines were nearly as effective as prescription medication in helping people sleep (70% reporting success vs. 75%). The obvious advantage of sound machines is the lack of dependency and side effects. Additionally, sound machines were shown to be far more beneficial for insomniacs than traditional solutions, such as over-the-counter drugs or muscle relaxation.

The customizable DreamStream app offers 15 realistic sleep sounds to iPhone and iPod touch users. Additionally, when it is time to wake up, users can choose from an impressive range of alarm sounds, including alphorns, barking, tower bells, crickets, an old phone, a rooster and more. DreamStream is available for purchase on the App Store in 90 countries around the world.

NOTE TO VERSION 1.0 USERS: We have become aware of a bug with the Nap Timer. If you set an alarm sound, this bug causes that sound to not play after the timer has run-down and no wake-up alert is shown. If you have not changed the alarm sound from the default, you're fine and it should play as expected. We have submitted a bug-fix for this and hope to have an update available for you very soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Score! will remain unavailable for purchase until this source feed comes back online or a suitable, alternative feed is arranged. If you purchased Score! and feel you have not received a useful product, you can either contact Apple for a refund or email us and we will gift you the iTunes song of your choice (99¢ please). Thank you and please accept our sincerest apologies.
